Bodyfirst Pilates Workout

This class is suitable for all levels of experience and all ages. Our highly skilled Pilates Instructors will guide you through each exercise to ensure your safety and will challenge you to get the most out of your workout

Our workout programs include over 350 reformer pilates exercises so there’s no chance of you getting bored - no matter how often you train with us!

We recommend this class if you are a Pilates Beginner, however, this class has the option to add on if you are intermediate/advanced so you are still challenging yourself.

Bodyfirst Cardio Workout

Designed to get your blood pumping! Our cardio pilates classes offer an alternative to regular reformer pilates. It’s designed to not only increase your core strength - it will build cardio fitness and coordination through use of the Jumpboard! We use it periodically during the class, so don't worry, you won't be continuously jumping for the entire 45 minutes.

We recommend at least 1 cardio class a week to achieve your fitness goals.

Cardio classes are held on Tuesday & Wednesdays.

*We recommend starting with our reformer class first if you are a beginner. Our cardio is excellent to include in your routine once you've acquainted yourself with the reformer.

Our most challenging class. Designed to challenge you and to push you to the highest levels of strength and flexibility.

Recommended only for experienced reformer pilates students this workout is based on enhanced intermediate and advanced reformer pilates exercises.
