WHAT IS REFORMER PILATES?

I've been a regular at Body First Pilates studio in Neutral Bay for quite some time now, and I can't say enough good things about it. I find myself going there five times a week, what keeps me coming back is the incredible variety in each session. Every day brings something new which means I never get bored. I also love that the studio is exceptionally well priced and offers heaps of diffrent packages. Plus, their class schedule is incredibly flexible, sessions from early morning to late. Also I love the limited number of reformers (only 8), which means you receive a significant amount of personal attention during your workouts. Everyone that attends the class are also super friendly.

Bodyfirst Pilates at Neutral Bay is the best pilates studio, hands down. Having tried pilates at several other places and not really feeling at home at any of them, I tried Bodyfirst as a final attempt since I'd heard so many good things about it. Julie and the team were so welcoming and knowledgeable as were the fellow clients - they were all so lovely and not up themselves like the other places I'd been to! I had a shoulder reconstruction in June then developed frozen shoulder and had limited movement. 2 months after doing pilates 3--5/wk with Julie and her team, I have increased my shoulder range substantially. I am hopeful to avoid surgery next year. Best of all, I've become addicted to pilates and am so much longer, leaner, fitter and stronger mentally and physically. I am so grateful to have found them and thank Julie and her crew for all their care and support. I cannot speak more highly of Bodyfirst. Highly recommend.
