Bodyfirst Pilates Workout

Our Bodyfirst Pilates Workouts closely follow Joseph Pilates’ traditional method of Contrology.

We recommend this class if you are a Pilates beginner, however these classes are still challenging for intermediate/advanced students as our highly skilled instructors will modify and progress your exercises so that you get the most out of every workout.

Bodyfirst Cardio Workout

Our cardio Pilates classes offer a more dynamic approach to our traditional reformer workouts. Still using the Pilates method we utilise the jump-board to build cardio fitness, coordination and most importantly, core strength.

Cardio classes are held on Tuesday & Wednesdays.

*We recommend starting with our Traditional Reformer class if you are a beginner. Our Cardio classes excellent to include in your routine once you've acquainted yourself with the reformer.*
