Reformer Pilates Instructor

Julie

Director & Senior Instructor

Julie has always been active with regards to sports, health and fitness. She discovered her love of Pilates when she was recovering from a sports related injury. Since then, she’s been a passionate advocate for pilates for over 20 years and has established herself as a leading reformer pilates instructor and mentor.

Julie has completed Specialist Reformer Pilates Instructor Training, a Certificate 3 in Fitness (Group Instructor) and owned & ran successful boxing gyms in Port Douglas and Darwin. From living all around the world, she has had the opportunity to learn from and work with some of the most elite instructors in the industry. This lead her to build her skills and knowledge which shows in the result driven workouts seen in the studio today.

Julie has the passion, knowledge and experience to ensure you get the most out of your workout! She’s determined to share how Pilates can change your quality of life and make you the strongest, best version of yourself.
