What Are Your Goals?

With 2023 well and truly underway, it’s important to keep referring back to your goals for the year. And it doesn’t matter how big or small your goals are; when you achieve your goals, you boost your confidence and it gives you satisfaction in your day to day life.

So, what are your goals?

Some examples of small goals we see in the studio:

  • Get higher in your abdominal curls

  • Keep your head up for entire duration of Hundreds

  • Set a regular exercise schedule

  • Get through entire upper body set without firing up your traps

But it doesn’t have to be about pilates!

Here are some examples of other small goals that promote wellness:

  • Drink more water

  • Eat cleaner

  • Get more sleep at night

  • Take your vitamins and supplements regularly

  • Take cold showers

Take this as a reminder to set small goals everyday, it doesn’t have to be climbing Mt Everest! If your goal is to start making your bed every morning, then great! Remember: small goals = big accomplishments.
