Choc Banana Protein Shake
This shake is perfect for on the go and post workout!
1scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter'
1 tbsp cocoa power
1 handful of nuts (macadamia, almonds, pepitas)
1 tbsp of chia
1 tbsp of oats
coconut water or dairy free milk (adjust depending of desired consistency)
Put it in a blender and mix until well combined! Enjoy!
