Choc Banana Protein Shake

This shake is perfect for on the go and post workout!

  • 1scoop of chocolate protein powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter'

  • 1 tbsp cocoa power

  • 1 handful of nuts (macadamia, almonds, pepitas)

  • 1 tbsp of chia

  • 1 tbsp of oats

  • coconut water or dairy free milk (adjust depending of desired consistency)

Put it in a blender and mix until well combined! Enjoy!
