At Bodyfirst Pilates, we put your body first in every way. Every body is different, at different stages in life and different levels of fitness. We pride ourselves on making sure you feel amazing during and after your workout no matter who you are.

Whether you have injuries, need to improve flexibility, posture or core strength, with only 8 reformers a class, our highly trained instructors are there to guide you through your workout safely.

WHAT IS REFORMER PILATES?

  • Reformer Pilates strengthens your core muscles, improving posture, increasing flexibility and reducing back pain. It targets specific muscle groups and uses the reformer machine resistance to build strength and tone.

    Bodyfirst Pilates is an excellent way to enhance your physical & mental wellbeing.

A wonderful boutique Pilates studio on the lower north shore. I love the friendly, non-pretentious atmosphere and the pace and variety of classes at this studio. Best instructors and studio in the lower North Shore! Julie and the team are amazing and ensures you are individually looked after with each exercise even when you are in a group class. All injuries and fitness levels are considered. Zoe (the pilates dog) is also there to provide moral support and lots of cuddles when needed!
